PRIVACY FOR RESERVATION REFERRAL SERVICES 

If you use our in-house reservation referral service, your inquiry will be handled by phone or fax or email to tourism providers. Your email address, name, company name, address, phone number or fax number will be used solely for the purposes of contacting you in reply to your requests for information or reservations availability and is not sold, rented or otherwise given to third parties and is divulged only when you request us to make a reservation or reservation availability check. At this point, the information and/or credit card information is securely passed on your behalf directly to the accommodation provider or tourism services merchant for processing by them using phone, fax or 128 bit encryted secure server.

We do not process any funds directly for any travel products. There may be a service fee for intinerary planning, however that is charged as a separate item and only on your approval.

If you are concerned about having your personal data intercepted, you may use our secure encrypted server to place your accommodation booking or availability request online, call our toll free line or fax your information to us.
